It is normal not to receive it immediately. Please check your spam folder and, if you use Gmail, also the Social, Promotions, and Updates tabs. If more than one hour passes and you have not received the email, check whether the payment has been charged to your bank account. They must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (somebody 18 years or older) and it will be mandatory to show the ticket at the indicated access control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Minors aged 14 and 15<\/strong>\u00a0must purchase the normal ticket, and they must access the venue accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Minors 16 years and older<\/strong>\u00a0must purchase the normal ticket. When you enter the venue for the first time, a bracelet is placed on your wrist that you must wear throughout the festival.
