Todos hemos utilizado las t\u00edpicas excusas para saltarnos un d\u00eda de gimnasio. Pero, \u00bfy si pudieras <strong>hacer deporte\u00a0 mientras disfrutas de tu festival de m\u00fasica preferido<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1 claro que la manera m\u00e1s efectiva de ponerse en forma es divertirse durante el proceso y, por ese motivo, te queremos proponer <strong>10 ejercicios<\/strong> para convertir el Cru\u00eflla en una experiencia <em>fitness<\/em>:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">EJERCICIO 1<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salta sin parar cuando suene \u00abI Gotta Feeling\u00bb de Black Eyed Peas. Saldr\u00e1s del concierto con unos gl\u00fateos de acero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/YkdpLZnZqcmc63Kc0r\/giphy-downsized-large.gif\" width=\"394\" height=\"222\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">EJERCICIO 2<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sigue a las <em>marching bands<\/em> por todo el recinto. Har\u00e1s m\u00e1s kil\u00f3metros que en una marat\u00f3n.
