If you are coming to the Festival Cruïlla with minors aged up to and including 15, you must complete the following form before coming to the festival.

When you arrive at the venue, you can enter through the FAMILY ACCESS lane, located on the far left. You will need to present a set of documents, which vary depending on who accompanies the minor to the venue:

– If the person accompanying the minor is the father, mother, or legal guardian, they must present their original ID or a photocopy of the family book or a legal document proving the relationship with the minor.

– If the accompanying person is neither the father, mother, nor legal guardian, they must present an authorization signed by the father, mother, or legal guardian, together with a photocopy of the ID of the father, mother, or legal guardian, the accompanying person, and the minor.
