Culture is an essential good that everyone has the right to enjoy. The audience of Festival Cruïlla is as diverse as its programme, which is why we work to make it an accessible space that embraces all realities and responds to the needs of our attendees.
We want everyone who is part of the festival to feel at home, and we are firmly committed to making this possible.
Physical accessibility
The Fòrum is an accessible venue for people with reduced mobility. We provide reserved viewing areas at all stages, accessible bars and adapted restrooms.
Access to the venue is available through the fast-access lane located to the left of the main entrance. We also offer wheelchair charging points in the PRM area of the Vueling Stage.
The only area that does not have an accessible ramp is the hospitality boxes at the Estrella Damm Stage.
magnetic loop
For several editions now, thanks to EnBucle, the festival has offered a hearing loop system to facilitate access to live music for Deaf and hard-of-hearing people. This system transmits sound directly to hearing aids or cochlear implants (when set to the T position), eliminating background noise and providing improved sound quality.
This service will be available at the Vallformosa, Vueling and Bonpreu Stages (Friday and Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.).
vibrating blackpacks
We provide vibrating backpacks to offer a more immersive sensory experience for Deaf and hard-of-hearing attendees. The backpacks can be collected at the EnBucle stand located at the Vueling Stage.
Hearing Protection
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, we provide earplugs and noise-reduction earmuffs. These can be collected at the Endesa Sustainable Cruïlla information point.

We offer a range of discounts to make sure everyone can enjoy the festival.
On-site signposting
The festival features signage throughout the venue to identify different areas, services and emergency exits.
Stroboscopic lights
Warning for photosensitive individuals: all festival concerts may include strobe lighting effects.
