They are pure Cruïlla essence: festive, authentic, and an explosion of light and energy. Festival legends who, whenever they’ve played, have connected with the audience like no one else and have been the soundtrack to many of our happiest moments. That’s why we couldn’t be more excited to welcome Two Door Cinema Club back with open arms!
This Northern Irish trio, made up of Alex Trimble, Sam Halliday, and Kevin Baird, has delivered genuine hits since their debut in 2010 with ‘Tourist History‘, featuring classics like “What You Know“ and “Undercover Martyn.” They continued their success with ‘Beacon’, followed by ‘Gameshow’, where they experimented with ‘80s-inspired disco and synth-pop sounds. In the following years, they released ‘False Alarm’ and ‘Keep On Smiling’, maintaining their electronic pop and danceable aesthetic while fueling our obsession with their upbeat rhythms. Throughout their career, they’ve captivated fans worldwide with their blend of indie melodies and electronic beats, and with their latest single, “Sure Enough” they prove they’re not slowing down.
It’s been 15 years since Two Door Cinema Club gifted us ‘Tourist History’, and now they’re giving us another present: their anniversary tour stops at Festival Cruïlla on Saturday July 11th. We’ll sing at the top of our lungs again, party like never before, and embrace a band we now consider almost friends!
