Manual for downloading your invitations and/or your discounted tickets

• 1. Select your tickets. Go to https://www.cruillabarcelona.cat/tickets/ and select the ticket/invitation type and quantity corresponding to your code. This information will be indicated in the email you received.

• 2. Enter your promotional code. Click on “Do you have a promotion?” and enter your guest or discount code in the promotional field. Then click “Continue”.
  If the code gives you an error, check that there are no blank spaces at the beginning or the end when you copy it.

• 3. Optional donation. If you wish, you can add an optional donation to Gaza Solidària before continuing with the process.

• 4. Verify the applied discount. Make sure the final price is €0 or that the correct discount has been applied. Then click “Continue to payment”.

• 5. Complete your details. Fill in your personal information. Please use the same email address where you received your code.

• 6. Final ticket downloal. Finally, you will receive your tickets by email. You will also be able to download them directly from the platform.
