Once again, Cruïlla brought the vibrant energy of street festivals and lively parades right to the heart of the music. This year, the party grew with some larger-than-life guests: the Gegants (the Giants). Because popular culture is also art in motion, and it is danced right on the main floor just like any concert.
Gegants and folk dance
Cruïlla brought the spirit of the square and street culture to the festival. This edition, the celebration grew with some very special guests: the Gegants (Catalan giants). Presented in collaboration with the Federació d’Entitats de Cultura Popular i Tradicional de Barcelona Vella, this initiative celebrates Barcelona’s traditions and folk culture.
