In 2012, four of the most revered musicians in the music scene came together and gave life to an unstoppable force. León Benavente was born from the energy, passion, and experience of Abraham Boba (vocals and keyboards), Eduardo Baos (bass and synthesizers), Luis Rodríguez (guitar), and César Verdú (drums), creating a sound that fuses the most visceral rock with electronic textures. Their self-titled debut album catapulted them to the most important festivals and planted the seed of a career that has only continued to grow, breaking boundaries and reaching as far as Latin America.
Their music took euphoria to a new level, making “sold out” a recurring trophy on their tours, while their melodies and lyrics became generational anthems. They toured the country and beyond, turning every concert into an explosion of life and pure energy. And now, they’ll make a stop in Barcelona on Saturday, July 12th, to ignite the Festival Cruïlla 2025!

With ‘2’ (2016), their second album, they began to establish a personal stamp that would accompany them throughout their evolution. In 2019, Vamos a volvernos locos drove the band’s loyal followers crazy with a burst of energy. After that, the band wanted to call for calm and present a more introspective project, a journey through endings and the emergence of new beginnings; thus, they introduced ERA (2022). In 2023, León Benavente celebrated a decade of music, reviving all the melodies and textures that had brought them to that point.
And now, in 2024, the band surprises us with ‘NUEVA SINFONÍA SOBRE EL CAOS‘ (NEW SYMPHONY ABOUT CHAOS), an album that combines the most energetic rock with a boldness that defies all limits. Their songs are a carousel of addictive, powerful, and danceable rhythms, but also deeply reflective. This new “symphony” speaks to us of a chaotic time where living fast seems like the only response to constant uncertainty. León Benavente will present this album with an apotheotic tour that we’ll have the chance to experience this July at Parc del Fòrum, at Festival Cruïlla 2025!
