BANGER
“We are Banger. A new burger concept. We took everything we love about a good burger and gave it a twist: sourdough crystal bread, quality beef, and a range of unique options, each with its own character. The result? A burger that’s crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, ready in minutes, and designed to be eaten with one hand without making a mess. Because eating well shouldn’t complicate your life.”

GONZALEZ & CO
This restaurant chain offers a fast, well-made, and flavorful food alternative inspired by Tex-Mex cuisine and crafted with fresh ingredients of Mediterranean origin. With restaurants in Barcelona, Madrid, and Valencia, its concept combines speed, quality, and enjoyment to adapt to today’s pace of life. Under the tagline “Fast Made Right”, they stand out for their burritos, bowls, quesadillas, salads, and nachos, prepared every day in their restaurants so that eating well is easy, accessible, and full of flavor.

CHALITO
“Hi, we are Chalito, the milanesa people. But the truth is, we are much more than that. We are a restaurant with artisanal products that started its story in 2016 in a beach bar. Today, we specialize in making and serving milanesas, empanadas, pizzas, and homemade desserts.
Our food truck was born with a clear mission: to take the milanesa out of our establishments and bring it everywhere; wherever exciting things happen, we will be there.”

EL FILETE RUSO
The first establishment specializing in organic burgers and meats certified KM0 by SlowFood in Barcelona. At El Filete Ruso, they enjoy a wide range of organically produced meats and vegetables from nearby agricultural parks.

LA MODERNA
Since the 80s, La Moderna has been traveling to fairs, markets, and festivals, offering artisanal crepes with natural ingredients.

Hello, we’re La Prenda! A bright red food truck with charisma and great food! At this edition of Cruïlla, we’re offering our XL Bikinis and quality, locally sourced burgers – a great meeting point to refuel and keep on dancing.

PANINARO
Paninaro makes authentic Tuscan focaccias, prepared with a careful selection of premium ingredients and recipes faithful to Italian tradition. This year, Paninaro will join us at Cruïlla with its renowned focaccias and two traditional Italian pasta options specially created for the occasion.

PIZZAMARKET
With establishments in Barcelona, Esplugues, Badalona, Sabadell, Sant Cugat del Vallès, and Cornellà. What started as a single pizzeria is today a project with 12 locations but with the same essence as day one: artisanal pizzas baked in a stone oven, creative, thin and crispy dough, and made with the best local ingredients.
