BANGER

“We are Banger. A new burger concept. We took everything we love about a good burger and gave it a twist: sourdough crystal bread, quality beef, and a range of unique options, each with its own character. The result? A burger that’s crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, ready in minutes, and designed to be eaten with one hand without making a mess. Because eating well shouldn’t complicate your life.”

KINDER BUENO

Kinder Bueno Ice Cream combina ingredients de qualitat amb un sabor inconfundible. Les varietats Classic i White ofereixen gelat cremós de sabor a avellana, barquillo cruixent i cobertura de cacau. Un plaer únic amb un deliciós cor d’avellana.

DELEITO

Deleito is the trendy burger brand in Catalonia. Founded by Alberto Gras from Masterchef, it offers us some of its best-sellers to turn the festival’s gastronomy into, as they would say, a heavenly experience.

FOOD TRUCK WOODY

Set up in a vintage caravan, Food Truck Woody travels the world offering excellent burgers and crispy, hand-cut french fries.

GONZALEZ & CO

This restaurant chain offers a fast, well-made, and flavorful food alternative inspired by Tex-Mex cuisine and crafted with fresh ingredients of Mediterranean origin. With restaurants in Barcelona, Madrid, and Valencia, its concept combines speed, quality, and enjoyment to adapt to today’s pace of life. Under the tagline “Fast Made Right”, they stand out for their burritos, bowls, quesadillas, salads, and nachos, prepared every day in their restaurants so that eating well is easy, accessible, and full of flavor.

CHALITO

“Hi, we are Chalito, the milanesa people. But the truth is, we are much more than that. We are a restaurant with artisanal products that started its story in 2016 in a beach bar. Today, we specialize in making and serving milanesas, empanadas, pizzas, and homemade desserts.
Our food truck was born with a clear mission: to take the milanesa out of our establishments and bring it everywhere; wherever exciting things happen, we will be there.”

BAM BAM DÖNER

With 3 locations in Barcelona, Bam Bam Döner breaks the rules, bringing the kebab concept into a fast, modern, and wild era. A proposal focused on the freshness of daily-cut vegetables and the secret of their homemade sauces.

CREPS BARCELONA

With an iconic creperie on Enric Granados Street in Barcelona, Creps Barcelona is an authentic Breton creperie that is a reference in Barcelona, offering crepes and galettes made with the finest ingredients.

Dr ZHANG

Born in 2018 in the Sant Antoni neighborhood of Barcelona, Dr. Zhang are specialists in making dumplings and fusion cuisine using Asian and local ingredients.

EL FILETE RUSO

The first establishment specializing in organic burgers and meats certified KM0 by SlowFood in Barcelona. At El Filete Ruso, they enjoy a wide range of organically produced meats and vegetables from nearby agricultural parks.

KIBUKA

Kibuka is synonymous with Japanese cuisine in Barcelona. With over 20 years of history, the Kibuka Group has consolidated itself as a reference in the city with 5 establishments, offering Japanese cuisine full of personality, in cozy spaces and with options for all audiences.

LA BIKINERIA

Born in 2028 at the Ninot Market in Barcelona, La Bikineria offers succulent market “bikinis” (local style toasted ham and cheese sandwiches). Creative and signature bikinis made in Barcelona with the finest ingredients.

LADY DUMPLING

Born in China. Raised in Barcelona. The city gave us rhythm. Tradition gave us patience. Each dumpling is stuffed and closed by hand. One by one. We don’t look for speed. We look for craftsmanship.

LA MODERNA

Since the 80s, La Moderna has been traveling to fairs, markets, and festivals, offering artisanal crepes with natural ingredients.

LA PORCA

La Porca will be at Cruïlla making and offering their excellent roasted pork belly sandwiches. A unique recipe made with top-quality products and homemade french fries with an addictive touch.

LA PRENDA

Hello, we’re La Prenda! A bright red food truck with charisma and great food! At this edition of Cruïlla, we’re offering our XL Bikinis and quality, locally sourced burgers – a great meeting point to refuel and keep on dancing.

MARIA UNA CREP

Meticulously selecting their ingredients, Maria una Crep makes excellent sweet crepes and Breton galettes with savory and sweet ingredients for all tastes.

PANINARO

Paninaro makes authentic Tuscan focaccias, prepared with a careful selection of premium ingredients and recipes faithful to Italian tradition. This year, Paninaro will join us at Cruïlla with its renowned focaccias and two traditional Italian pasta options specially created for the occasion.

PIZZAMARKET

With establishments in Barcelona, Esplugues, Badalona, Sabadell, Sant Cugat del Vallès, and Cornellà. What started as a single pizzeria is today a project with 12 locations but with the same essence as day one: artisanal pizzas baked in a stone oven, creative, thin and crispy dough, and made with the best local ingredients.

RITMO

Ritmo is synonymous with excellent fresh pasta dishes with character made in Barcelona. A fresh and fun proposal that gathers unique flavors and the best ingredients in one single option.

THE FISH AND CHIPS SHOP

At The Fish & Chips Shop, they have fused the Asian culture of their owners with British culture and their own take on Fish & Chips. Fresh fish, battered in smoked tempura, and french fries seasoned with spices from India and Pakistan.

UNA PIZZA FOODTRUCK

In a 1977 Piaggio APE, Una Pizza Foodtruck makes authentic Italian pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven.

WETBURG

Wetburg is a gastronomic concept that combines slow-cooking and low-temperature techniques with fast and casual service. Specialists in Pulled Pork, they offer a 100% Gluten-Free option.
